USPS parcel not arrived

Dear Sir,

I have a parcel to receive from the United States that has arrived to the destination City on May 19th, 2021 however, it has not yet been delivered to my home. What is the procedure in that regards?

It shows that package shipped via China post, and when it arrived in the US, the package was transferred to USPS. Further tracking shows package was delivered, but it was not received. How do I obtain a tracking number from the USPS to contact USPS ?
