Just wanted to asked this question is that when sending things from China to America or other countries, can we use the flat rate box and flat rate envelope?

Hi Melanie Malomb,

Do you mean you want the cheapest way to send? China Post don't call that as flat rate box and flat rate envelope. They have ordinary packet/mail and registered packet/mail. The former one couldn't be tracked and cheap, the latter can be tracked but more expensive than the ordinary one.
