Hello where is the packages location right now, cause I did contact USPS department and they said they doesn’t have it ? Are they in the US boarder right now? How long does it take to get the packages ? Is it because of the pandemic that causes the delay on the packages or the packages been returned to the seller? The tracking number is:

Hello, I ordered an item back in November 5th, and it showed as delivered on on November 30th, but there has been no sign of it. The tracking number is AS458553220CN. It says it was handed over to USPS for delivery, but no new tracking number was given, and that number does not show up in their records when I contacted them. The 30th was on Sunday as well, and the USPS doesn't run or deliver on Sunday, so not sure how it's showing as delivered then. I'm confused as to what to do now or who to contact. I can't file a claim with the USPS since that tracking number is not valid for them and not in their system. No records of any packages to my address as well with them. Thank you for you assistance.

It says "delivered" but nothing arrived. House camera doesn't show any delivery vehicle around the time of the delivery. Who is the local courier for me to contact? Is it USPS? And what is the local tracking number for this? USPS doesn't recognize China Post tracking number.
