Hi, I have a package that was sent from the UK via China Post to Hong Kong and is stuck at 'Dispatched from Office of Exchange' What does that mean and when will I receive my package? Thanks!

Hi Petrus Poon,

It left UK on Feb. 29 and is still in transit to Hong Kong now. You'd better contact Royal Mail to ask the estimated delivery time.

Parcel keeps being returned to Office of Exchange in Shenyang (1 reply)

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.
