Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a parcel coming to India from Shenzen, China. According to the last tracking update, it was accepted by airlines on 22/11/2020. It has been more than a week and there has been no further update regarding it. I understand there will be no update until the parcel has reached the next center. However I want to know if it has left for India or not. It would be great if someone could please kindly tell me if the package has left for India from China or not ? Thank you so much and I hope to hear from you soon. The tracking number is - EV943986951CN . Thank you so much.

Packages sent to India by EMS are delayed due to the coronavirus and the clash between the two countries.It was delivered by airline on Nov. 22 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in India after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
