Hello, I am from Germany and I am waiting for my China package that has been stuck for 4 days with the status "Custom clearance completed". I need it urgently for my work what's going on? Usually it only takes 3 days working days after this status

I bought some face masks on Amazon for urgent use as I work in a pharmacy in the UK. The seller provided me with a tracking number LX051569991CN on 25th March, but nothing has shown up so far.
