Hello
I am following up on a parcel I sent organised with Auspost-Werrington County post office to China to return to the supplier. I paid out of pocket for the return, and the item is a black women’s handbag. -1kg

I'm unsure if this is the right direction of contact but struggling to find contact for customs China
If you could kindly help me or lead me to the right direction this would be greatly appreciated.
According to the tracking information, the parcel has been held in Chinese customs since February 11th, there should be no reason this is held up... and I have not received any updates or contact regarding its status.

There is no record to show it needs the receiver in China to declare to the customs or pay tax. Just wait for more days to see if it will be released by the customs.
