Hello, my tracking number is CX201976027US. It was shipped through USPS but handled by China Post. The recipient has paid the customs fee and now has the package but the system still shows it is in Customs Clearance. USPS told me to contact China because a scan was missed and only China can update the system. Can you please help or tell me how to get this tracking information updated to show that it was actually delivered? Need my money back.

The person i bought the product from is no longer on ebay and the package never arrived, i spoke to my local post office and they advise you should have ben given a us tracking number from the china post tracking# as107669367cn. So can you please check to see if you were given a United States tracking# once it arrived in the United States and was released from customs. Thank you for all the help

My package is at post office near me. Address is one number off. It shows 210 but it's 2310, wasn't my error using auto filled. I've talked to post office of my situation ND only solution is I need USPS tracking number. Can't contact seller because no response from my email. No phone number. Using senders tracking app. It's here near me at my post office still processing it says. All I have is senders tracking number KTZ940431313CN and my order number.as per USPS,insisted they need USPS tracking number in orders to have it delivered to me.
