Updated on my package

It’s been about 2 month and some weeks that I order my package. Can I received any updated on my package?

My package CY015115203CN has not updated for 60 days. Normally, I'd think that this was due to delays, but this is the second half of one giant order I purchased. The first half, which was sent at the same time, has already arrived and updated regularly. This one has been stuck on "leaving the post office" for so long that I think it's lost. I've tried contacting the seller, but they just say they're contacting the shipping agent over and over again. Is there anything else I can do?
