Please update the status of my package. It's has been more than 2 weeks since the last update. My brother made this item and send it as a gift for my sister on her birthday and now we haven't received it yet.

China Post doesn't provide email service for customers. We are only a platform providing free tracking service for packages. We don't belong to China Post and work for them.
It's at the Secondary Processing Center since August 18. You should receive it within two weeks. If you can't get it in this month, contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution.
