Update on tracking parcel from Hong Kong to Auckland, New Zealand

This is now getting beyond me being patient. The whole process is a farce when it has taken nearly over a month according to your tracking and it appears nothing has happened. The packet is not in transit but lost admit it and I have lost all interest in it. You can keep it or send it back to the seller. I have had other items sent from China that have only taken 10 days to get to me but not through the post. Very poor and very disappointed as I have lost the business now.

I have sent a parcel to New Zealand on 30.05.24. The only update available is that it has reached Hong Kong on 02.06.24. Since then no futher update is available. Please help me with the current status of the parcel.
