Can I have an update on the shipment of the packet as so far it had been ridiculously slow and will get to the stage that it no longer will be any use to me. Surely processing can be much faster to prevent a sales problem for me.

LZ504344053CN is in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrived in New Zealand. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
