Update on tracking

Hello. I placed an order a month ago and the tracking information stopped on May 8. It is now June 3 and the tracking has not progressed which shouldn't be happening it should have either been delivered or have some kind of update. Can you please look into this and see what is going on? Tracking number is RV412902414CN

Hi rachey,

It was delivered to air transport on May 9 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
