Hi, my parcel LP003734218CN has been stuck at “Zhengzhou, delivered to air transport” for more than 10 days now. Is there any update on the whereabouts or is it lost?

Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly and there is few flight to Singapore. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

A parcel read as leaving guangzhou on the 27th April. The last update on its whereabouts was 18th May- "MALVERN CENTRE - express package arrives at processing center (GB). Here has been nothing since this.
