My package (RV475814574CN_ was shipped on 07/24 and has not updated since 07/25. The tracking states "Guangzhou City, arriving at the Guangzhou International Center (via transfer)". Where is my package and how long until delivery?

It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi my parcel was shipped on October 26 and the last update was on November 6th. I was told that it was shipped to the Philippines on flight PR 383 but my package is supposed to be going to Canada.
