Tracking seems to have stopped since 2nd October 2020. Please can you let me know when this will be delivered please. I have returned faulty clothing items to the manufacturer in China and the seller will not refund me until they receive the items.

It's retained by the customs. The seller should have got a notice about how to get it from the customs. You'd better contact the seller to ask.
