Parcel is currently showing as dispatched from office of exchange on the 26th of January. Is there any way to get an update or how long this normally takes?

Hi Sarah Lewis,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived in China. To my experience, it takes 20-40 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
Please kindly help me, thank you in advance.
