Update on package being shipped

TRACKING NUMBER: LT306498202CN
I ordered an article of clothing back on 2/10/2019, and since 2/16/2019 it hasn't moved from the following location per the tracking information. Can someone please get in contact with me and please let me know when my product will finally be leaving the current location and shipped to me in the USA?

It left China on Feb. 16 and on the way to the US now. It usually takes about 15-25 days to reach the US. Further update will appear when it arrives in the US and got by USPS. Wait patiently.

Last update from shein website is that it was shipped on June 13, 2021 and there has been no update since. I am also unable to find any tracking info with the given tracking no. AEG1315722 . I am starting to think I have been scammed as the estimated delivery time is in 2 days and yet still no update since it has been shipped.
