Update on Package

I placed an order 2 weeks ago on 05/01/2020. I received an email update on 05/07/2020 with a tracking number. When I tracked the package it says a "Logistics Order Created/Order Information Received" on 05/02/2020. There have been no updates to it since then, The tracking number is LY225008062CN. Any information would be helpful. Thank You!

Hi Alexis,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on May 2 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

Last status 2020-05-03 "Shanghai, delivered to air transport"
No update for 15 days.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
