Update on my package

Hi, I shipped my package from Italy to Macao, but I don’t know why it’s in China mainland now. Can you give me the update on when the package will be received in Macao and as Macao is free port land where no custom duties are charged but now the package is in China so they will charge the customs? And where’s my package package now! Thanks

Hi Keaton,

It will be transited from Guangzhou to Macao in the following days. You'd bette wait for more days to get update.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.

Where is this package now?
What movement will happen next for this package?
Will this package continue to move to destination?
