Update on my EMS parcel, please!

Hi there. :) I am not having much luck with getting any updated information about my package through the online tracking system. I have an EMS package that was supposed to be shipped to Vietnam within 7-10 days. It was supposedly sent out on April 23rd, so it's been about15 days now.
Can you please tell me if it's left China yet and in transit to Vietnam? Vietnam is quite close to China and normally the shipping is very fast (about 3-4 days), so even with the delay due to the pandemic, I should receive it soon, right?

Most of the packages sent by EMS are delayed due to coronavirus. It's still in transit in China now. You'd better wait for another ten days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.
