The address was not complete, the number of the street 67 was missing.
Complete address is: 67 Rue de la Royale Harmonie, 1420 Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
Would you be so kind to send it back?

Hi Bianca,

Bpost is in charge of delivering it to you. You need to contact Bpost as soon as possible to let them know your correct address and deliver it again to you.

Hi Daisy, I did contact them but the package was sent back :( I was a little too late.
It's on its way to the sender.

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I ordered a parcel and tracking says it was delivered on 6 feb 2021, but it hasn't been delivered on my address. Please can you mail me the details of the delivery address (postcode)?
