The last update of my parcel was updated on the 26th Sept. Please can you inform me if my parcel has now been delivered to the recipient? Tracking number RN681892620GB

Hi Lou,

It hasn't been delivered to the recipient. It's still stuck at thc customs of Guangzhou now. It should be waiting for the recipient to declare to the customs now.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
