25.9.2024 parcel reached Malaysian postcode destination. Waited near phone since then no call. Today see tracking status "succesfully delivered" but NO parcel received.

I'm trying to get proof of delivery in order to solve a missing package due to a fake seller on amazon (the package never showed up). Amazon told me to inquire directly to you. Could you please send me proof of delivery for these following tracking IDs:

On Amazon it says that my parcel was delivered but I did not receive it. I looked up the tracking number that amazon.ca shows and it doesn't fit the format on here. It says delivery by MCHT1 July 13th and the tracking ID #940011120079307290745.
