Unreceived package, although the tracking information says it is delivered

Hello,
I have an order with a tracking number AM614196269CN. The tracking information says that it is delivered. However, I haven't received anything and the postal services in Ruse, Bulgaria say they haven't received any packages, starting with AM and there's no trace of the package anywhere. I would like to ask when and where can I receive my order and who could I possibly contact (a shipping partner in Bulgaria or anyone else?). Thank you in advance!

Hi my tracking says delivered but I never received anything nor did any of my neighbors my tracking number is
