Concerning: AS809019859CN

Tracking information says awaiting collection but does not provide a Collection location. Where must we go to pick up this package? Can a street address be provided for the holding facility? (We have received no phone call, no attempt for delivery.) Thank you!

It's not arrived in your country. It's still in China. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
