The company I bought it from keeps telling me it will be here in 8 days. Well, eight days have passed, and from what I am seeing. It is still being held. Who can fix this?

Your tracking is telling me that my two different orders was delivered on 8/4/23 to chumen Toudi in Troy New york and Chuli center also in Troy New york there are no such places like this in Troy my orders should have been delivered to my home address the tracking numbers for my orders are (1)AG793226683CN and the second is AG667299565CN if I do not received these orders I will go to my banks and let them no that I have been scam out of my money by people using the good name of the Christmas tree shop just because the Christmas tree shop is going out of business does not give you the right to take people money
