Packages sent to Czech Republic are delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that?
