Unchanged status

My parcel was shipped on November 8th and since then (23 days) the status has not changed. Where is my parcel?

If the tracking information doesn't update for over a month, it's not normal, there is a chance for it to be lost. Then, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
