Unable to track package and says in transit

I ordered my package on around March 28 and it was shipped a day or two after.
It’s now May 16. They believe it’ll come at at May 28. I know with COVID everything is delayed, but I can’t even find where my package is coming from. Here’s my tracking number. RV377876962CN

But on amazon it tells me it’s been shipped. Also I looked on the company page and I can’t find any contact.

Once the Logistics order is created, amazon thinks it's shipped. But in real, it hasn't handed it over to China Post. The item is still in the seller's hand.

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on March 27 but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to ask for the reason and give you a solutin.
