Unable to track my documents that were sent by zhongnan University of economics

The University gave me this tracking number EMS EE936159235CN in order to stay up to date to the whereabouts of my documents but all I get is that there is no record of such a number.
The destination country is MOROCCO and My name is SARA KAMAL and until now I still didn't receive the documents
The university is closed now can you please try to find out if these documents were really sent to my country ! Please help me this is very urgent!

They gave it to me on the 1st of August and told me that they already sent it to me
when it didn't work I tried to contact them the next day and I was surprised that they were closed for the summer
Can you please check if there are some documents sent to morocco from Wuhan , they might sent it either in the 27th of July or the 1st of August, you might find two packages sent to morocco since we are two moroccan candidates in that list (I don't know if the other one has the same problem since I couldn't find his contact details)

Sorry, we couldn't help you check if there are some documents sent to morocco from Wuhan. We are only a third party platform of package tracking. We can only track packages through tracking number.
I don't think they send it you in real. EMS could be tracked and it usually takes 7 - 15 days to reach. They may just gave you a tracking number first and will send it later. When they gave you this tracking number?
