What does this mean it has been in this state for a month or so nowwhat is happening

There is no further update for it after Dec. 9 because the package is sent as China post ordinary package. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it. It usually takes about two months for it to reach and it's easy to be lost. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.
