Hi uzma,

It has been over six months since you made the order. Why did you check it so late. The package couldn't be tracked when it's in your country as the seller use a cheap way to send it. You need to contact the seller to ask for the refund or ask him send one again to you.

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.
