UK delivery Courier

I am waiting for china post package track number AG022435327CN, the china post tracking status is delivered but I have not received the package or any missed delivery notes.
Who does China post use for UK courier? so I can contact them to arrange deliver/pick up. do they have their own tracking numbers because all uk courier are claiming no knowledge of where my package is?

Hi Brian,

According to the tracking information, AG022435327CN was delivered on May 9. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi, why EMS courier doesn’t call before the delivery? On tracking website it says that delivery was attempted on 2th of may and now the parcel is held at the office.
