Uk Customs rejected parcel, what now?

Hi, my parcel has been rejected by UK customs due to "Insufficient address". I've called the UK delivery service and they've said my parcel has been returned to China. What do I do now? Will my parcel be sent back to the UK again?

Hi Oliver,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get the solution from the seller in time. If it's because you provide the insufficient address, they may not refund you fully.
