Hi James Thomas,

It's still in transit and in the middle location now. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.

I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
