UJ378961636CN arrived in NY on 29 June 2020 and then to "US Secondary Sorting Center" on 3 July 2020. How can I find out if it is still there and when it might be released to the USPS for delivery.

Hi Michael Topper,

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
