Two recent packages shipped at different times but I didn't receive either

Tracking indicated that two packages arrived in the USA at 2 different times. I don't know what courier China Post used, so I have no way of tracking either package. My most recent tracking number is
AS812235025CN but USPS doesn't track packages that starts with the A alphabet. The only thing that I can ascertain is that both packages arrived somewhere in the USA. I need to find out where the packages went, after arriving in the USA and who received the packages.

Hi Daisy and thanks for your response. USPS stated that it cannot track packages that start with the A alphabet and if this is true, then USPS couldn't track either package if either package was handled by USPS. I met the local mailman on the evening of the reported delivery date but he stated that he had no package for me. At this particular time, I have no evidence that USPS even handled the packages. AS812235025CN was my most recent tracking number.
If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
