Two packages stuck in "Airline departure" for almost two months

I have two packages that were sent in January 3rd, however I haven't had any updates since January 9th when these packages went to "Airline departure". Could you please help me find further details of my packages?
Tracking numbers are RG028369453CN and RG028369467CN. Thanks!

Hi gerolascioli,

They are not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to give you a solution in time.

27 packages have been stuck at shanghai airline for 2 months. What are they doing there exactly?? Are they dead or blind? What happened to my packages? Does the airplane crash? Hi both my packages WI004463394720FPL and WI004463706802FPL haven't given me a update in a month now,and I ordered it back in 2021/12/18
I do not know if my packages are lost cause its been stuck at airline departure since 14th of January
