Hi I’ve got two packages that tracking has not been updates in many weeks. I’m very worried. The seller isn’t messaging me back either.

I have 2 parcels: LY195017602CN and LY172980631CN. One has no updates since April 25 the other May 15. Last time I checked on them I was told one had to be sent back to be reshipped because it didn't pass inspection or something and to give it another day or so to male sure it was shipped and good to go.
