The two packages I am expecting have been stuck at GUANGZHOU sorting centre for more than two weeks now. Could you kindly look into it?

They are still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive them within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi its been over a 34 days and my package has not moved since 30th June tracking is RV452313742CN.
Any idea when this will arrive in the UK?

Hi there,
My packages apparently arrived at the UK sorting centre in October after I ordered them in September (so they were already taking a while to get here, but it's expected/understandable). Why have they still not arrived to me? The tracking shows that they have been stuck in the sorting centre here in the UK since October - that's two months! But I had two packages I ordered afterwards make it through to me. What's going on? Royal Mail hasn't received it but seller says it's in the country.
