Hi,
Two tracking numbers stuck at the same status, but one week apart. Can someone please help me find the status of these? Thank you.

LA978626021CN -- 2020-03-15 01:20 Guangzhou, delivered to air transport

Hi Sunny,

They have left China and are in transit to South Korea now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.

Please help me find out what’s going on with my orders.
Tracking number LY215723323CN, last status update was 05/03/2020. Another with tracking number LB134826711SG, last update was 05/19/2020.
I’m worried.

No update since June 18, 2020. Please help me figure out what’s going on here?

Also, no recent update for track number: LY317947468CN (last update was June 28, 2020)

Please help. Are the packages in their way?

Hi Dean,

It was delivered by airline on June 19 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi everypone, i have a question, my package has been stucked since June 22 at "Guangzhou, delivered to air transport", it has been almost 3 weeks now. I received another package and it stayed like 2 days only at that status, so i dont know whats going on.
