Two of my packages stopped tracking after reaching the "swap bureau"

I placed two orders about six months ago, they have not arrived.

They both stopped tracking after reaching the Beijing and Wuhan Swap Bureau.

Hi Parton,

These two packages are not normal. They may be lost on the way. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to ask for refund or send them again to you. In fact, you should open a dispute on AliExpress before the delivery time expired.

I have 6 packages sent by China Post stopped since the May 9th and May 11th. The tracking numbers are: RG014686178CN, RG014686218CN, RG014686221CN, RG014222501CN, RG014686102CN and RG014222515CN. My question is: why the tracking don't advance? I'm worried about these packages.

Seller says they asked the postal office but have not received any reply at all for all this time, seller says "Epacket is just like this, the work efficiency is verrrrry slow.
We can only refund you when they refund us."
seller says he hasnt received the package back nor any news from postal office
