Two Months in Despatch Center with No Movement (LY252145567CN)

My tracking number is LY252145567CN. I haven't gotten an update since May 22, which is a span of 62 days of nothing. I contacted the seller, who said their tracking info showed the same thing. I got an extension on the buyer protection, but they had no clue what was going on with my package.

Hi basilstorm,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi I placed a order back on 10/16/2019 and it was sent out to me on 10/19/19. I have not yet received any of them and I have not seen any movement at all. I contacted my seller and she just said to wait it out a few more days. I am a bit worried could you please assist me with this?
