Trying to locate my package. Website makes no sense. Finally stated that package arrived at processing center in Toronto on August 15 2021. No further update and canada post says they have no received it yet. Please help. Tracking number RV575956955CN.

It states arrived at processing center Toronto, CA...... meaning Toronto Canada..... I shouldn't have to explain that to a shipping company....

That's exactly what I said and you told me I was wrong. It's been stuck in Toronto Canada since August 15. According to China Postal Tracking. Canada post says they never received any parcel with that tracking number. Therefore, it is on your end to find it, not mine

We are only a tracking platform for packages. You need to let the seller check it for you through calling China Post service number 11185 to further check it.

It's not in Toronto but in a transit station now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Canada.
