trying to get our package delivered

tracking CP356538857CN, tried calling back 201-983-1522, that answering machine is full and not accepting new messages. Need package delivered to 7 Valemont Rd, Montvale, NJ 07645. We just need to know when it will be delivered.

Hi Dan Tobin,

There is no tracking information for it. This may because China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

we know it was attempted to deliver to the destination but there was no one home. We cannot get through to speak with anyone at CP shipping. This is extremely odd.
