Hi parcel says that it has been delivered but I have not received a parcel or has it been dropped off at my door? I have a surveillance camera set up and I have gone back through it and there is no delivery tracking number is AS846324227CN

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
