I ordered a herobook laptop from china on june 8th 2020 have tracked it to new zealand and it has been there since June 27th 2020 after clearing customs why has there not been any other information since. when will it leave new zealand for the united states which is the destination country need to know what is going on with my package thank you lily sims i really dont know carrier except it says china post ems epacket

Daisy, I am so sorry. I realized as soon as i hit submit that i forget the tracking number. It is LZ154198114CN thank you for the reply and hope this helps me know something about where my package is

The destination country for it is New Zealand. It's still stuck in Auckland now. It may be caused by the address problem. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution in time.
