Trucking number EN216625680JP. Customs clearance have been rejected.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I sent an EMS package EN216625680JP from Japan and the item arrived at HANGZHOU on 4th November. The receiver has done a customs clearance and have been rejected. What can I do now??

Hi pocopocoqjp,

You'd better let the receiver ask the customs for the reason of rejection and submit it again. Or, it will be returned back to you later.
