Trucking number AS810966526CN I don't find the local courrier

Hi.
I've got a trucking number from the seller and I've been trucking the status. It currently appear like delivered but I havent got the package. I asked my neighbours and no one reveided it.
I don't know who has been the local courrier to be in contact with and check who got the package if any.
Could you please support me to know who was the local courrier and get the receipt of the reception?.

According to the tracking information, AS810966526CN was delivered on Dec.22. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Spain. Then, you need to use the number to check with your local post courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
